I am absolutely appalled by the hostile and frankly unlawful conduct of this Agency - specifically the Manager Celia. After failing to follow up on an active application for a week because the agent went on annual leave, didn't turn on an out-of-office email reply nor was any other agent covering their business for them either; I was threatened with having my application cancelled just for raising this with them end of last week now after being basically ghosted by them for days at that point.
