We bought a brand new house back in December 2025 and settled in March 2026 Since we move in the real estate from PROFESSIONAL AGENT IN CASULA NSW has promised us all the outstanding maintenance would be fix and completed once we move in it is now July 2026 nothing had been done VERY UNPROFESSIONAL we called and msg the agent but lest ghosted on our own, we got 3 kids and our kids keep on asking when is the house going to be completed as my daughter room has no lights since we moved it.. all we are asking for is reasonable w... read more

Ill always give credit to where its due and I just wanted to say Sarah at professionals has been nothing but amazing while shes been taking care of my unit. She has been going above and beyond lately dealing with some issues with the unit and she has basically taken care of EVERYTHING.
