Megan Madson at Professionals Newlands Real Estate managed my property for 7 years with 1 tenant. She took care of any tenant request with ease. When they moved out she seemlessly arranged for the new tenants to move in immediately so no income was lost on my side. She also arranged for any damages to be fixed in a timely manner so the apartment was in excellent condition for new tenants. To say i was pleased would be an understatement. Very dissappointed, did not get price for unit i wanted but then was virtually forced to take investor price included leaving majority of my furniture. and no support from your representative. Received incorrect information from your office regarding settlement date which caused so much drama and the charged exorbitant marketing fees . Now holding $3000 of my payment because building manager is saying air conditioner is not working. It was working when I left. Would not recommend your company in future.
