I'm sure they do good work but the address for this place on google is Waynesboro PA, 22 West Main street. The actual place at that address is for another detailing company called In & Out detailing. Looking further into it they have their address listed as Hagerstown on yelp and BBB websites with a discontinued phone number. I left a message yesterday with Professional Detailing Lounge and they never celled back. I've called both places today and neither pick up the phone during business hours. My car looks brand new! They did an excellent job at cleaning the car inside and out! Can’t wait to see it during the day!
This business was very easy to deal with, I received an appointment within a couple days, they even came to me and did the work there while I was working. I had a car full of sand and pet hair, and they made my car look almost new again in spite of my neglecting it for quite a while! They even sent me a picture when they were done.
