The lovely staff at the Professionals had been handling our investment property for some years, so when it came time to sell the house, we naturally asked them to handle the sale as we felt that we could trust them. This has been a difficult sell due to Lismore suffering two extreme floods (both national disasters) within weeks of listing this property with the Professionals. Probate was also a long time being granted, and we even had a snake in the house at one point! As I don't live locally, and this had been my Aunt's house, much of the management of the property (and it's sale of course) was in the hands of Sharon Dowling at the Professionals.
