Worst real estate to rent from . Charging for power that the whole complex is using to just one tenant. Not sure if every tenant is getting this. Refuse to fix the air conditioner . This mob has no idea how to be a landlord agent. If you have a property that is rented through them I suggest you take it elsewhere as they are thieves and scam the tenants . worst realestate ever!!! my partner and I were approved for a house through them, hadn’t heard anything for days so I rang and told them I could pay bond and sign lease that day, was told to wait a couple of hours for someone to ring me. never happened!!! then I rang again and was told someone paid the bond and signed the lease. massive waste of time as we got a rental before hand and denied it for this place. so disappointed and upset cause we could have taken the other place if they just communicated with us. not happy one... read more
