I couldn't rate 0, otherwise that will be my rate for this agent and their servicing. I would not recommend renting through this agency based on my experience. The services are bad and the staffs are not nice, especially the property manager, Ridwan Sugino. During my tenancy, the building underwent extensive strata remedial works for several months.
