We recently bought a home in the San Vicente Mobile Home Park. Alas, the home was in a great location but in what turned out to be terrible shape. It required extensive renovations. One of them was the terrible faux wood paneling from the 1970s. It was all over the home with the exception of the bathrooms and kitchen, which had equally horrendous flowered wallpaper.
