I walked in my front door and was literally attacked by a bat 😩 I panicked and immediately ran out and started googling… I found Professional Wildlife Services and immediately called. A tech answered and let me know that they could come out within an hour and remove the bat for me. The technician came out, found the bat, and removed it. Zac was incredibly helpful and patient. He saved a bird that had gotten trapped in my chimney and then took the time to solve the mystery of how it got there in the first place (it was not through the top, it turns out there was a little hole that I never would have noticed on my own). I can not recommend Professional Wildlife Services Inc. highly enough.

Zac did such a great job at not only helping us catch the bat to be sent to the rehabilitation center, but also educated us on bats. He was very kind from the initial conversation and was very upfront with what potential cost could be. He arrived with tools on hand and was ready to go. Thanks again Zac for the help.
