Worst appraisal quality ever and I was a commercial lender for 25 years to give some context. Appraised property $200k+ less than multiple recent offers received and also below a prior appraisal when income was 20% less than current. How anyone can appraise property so far below market offers received is laughable. If I could give negative stars I would do it. Couldn’t recommend using this company ever if you want accurate data
