I am very disappointed to have to leave this review because we have used proturf for several years and all but one of the techs that we have had have been knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful and flexible. That being said, as many other comments have suggested if you ever have a problem don't expect any help or response from management. After two phone calls (and speaking live to someone) to get a quote for fall aeration I didn't hear back from them either time.
Pro turf will never go near my yard again. After spending months, preparing it for a graduation party. They destroyed it in one application. Feel free to form your own opinion based on the before and after photos. If the review could be negative, I would gladly put it. I called and asked to speak to someone about it and was told well, we will leave a message for the lawn care manager and they’ll get back to you in a week or so. Was told I was able to start service two weeks ago. They no-showed. I called back & was told that there guys schedule their own shifts - that I may be able to get started next week. Outside of Jerry (he was great) who came and gave me the estimate, the customer service has been awful. Weeds work on time - they have weeks to be attacked - obviously Pro Turf doesn’t have the same philosophy of working on time. HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time! I would give 0 stars if it was an option. We used ProTurf last summer to treat our lawn. We paid in person with cash. A few months ago, I received a 1 day notice that we had a “debt” being sent to collections. I called and explained that I paid in cash… but they had no record of my receipt. Luckily, I kept my own physical receipt and had to PROVE TO THEM that I paid. Mind you, they interrupted my work day calling me about their own issue.
