Unethical business. Called then for an irrigation startup. Technician came and started the system and informed me that one of the zones wasn’t working and that I need to call them again to have that fixed as against fixing it there and then. I did exactly that and couple of weeks later the same technician shows up. 5 minutes later he tells me that all zones are working just fine and he didn’t need to do anything but then I get billed for his visit. I've never used their service and never will due to the fact that an employee drove their work vehicle to a "No Kings Protest" I personally dont want to support a buisness that does not support America!
I am very disappointed to have to leave this review because we have used proturf for several years and all but one of the techs that we have had have been knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful and flexible. That being said, as many other comments have suggested if you ever have a problem don't expect any help or response from management. After two phone calls (and speaking live to someone) to get a quote for fall aeration I didn't hear back from them either time.
Pro turf will never go near my yard again. After spending months, preparing it for a graduation party. They destroyed it in one application. Feel free to form your own opinion based on the before and after photos. If the review could be negative, I would gladly put it. I called and asked to speak to someone about it and was told well, we will leave a message for the lawn care manager and they’ll get back to you in a week or so.
