I dropped my car off at the requested time to get a simple slave cylinder put in (a 1.5 hour job tops) and it took them 8 hours to return my car. No communication, no apology as to my wasted time without transportation. Very dissatisfied, especially when they told me it was done an hour prior and they did not bother to contact me.
