The last couple months I've had two issues with my vehicle after a deer hit. I decided to bring it to professional tire for the first issue being my radiator fluid was spilling onto the ground after engine overheated. I brought it in the next day and the owner was professional and polite the entire process while also being honest. Pro Tire always puts the customer first! When I contacted them about my mother’s car they were at her house within the hour to tow it to the shop. The battery and the diesel emission system had frozen. They left the heat higher in the shop overnight to thaw it out! After replacing the inferior battery with the factory correct component and resetting a few controls the car was back in service. I cannot thank the team enough for their support and quick response!
