I went to Main Street Physical Therapy for pelvic floor PT while pregnant (beginning in my second trimester) and postpartum (from 6 weeks to 13 weeks) and I can’t recommend them enough! I worked primarily with Kate and she was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I was hoping for an unmedicated birth but ended up getting an epidural and having a second-degree tear. However, I was able to get to 9 cm before getting the epidural! Exceptional, attentive care. They are always on time, give you your whole therapy time, and are very accommodating to children. I was able to bring my toddler my whole pregnancy. I mainly worked with Kate, but all of the other therapists were also fantastic. She always took time to explain everything to me and used evidence based practices to provide the best quality treatment. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
