Horrible place!!! They treat sex offenders but wont allow counselors that are in longterm recovery (wellll over 5 years and before becoming counslors) to work at this establishment. They told multiple workers not to share information with them about having been an addict before and then FIRED THEM BECAUSE THEY USED TO BE ADDICTS BEFORE. Dont you want a counselor that has brought themselves out of a dark place to help others?!
They delete their reviews but, if you are considering working here just know Ceo/corporate and management/assistant managers are very clicky and extremely unprofessional. Minimal training and high overturn. The job itself is stressful but the lack of support/humility is what makes it unbearable. I believe good can come out of this program for the individuals the elites that manage and government are causing them a great disservice.

The job itself is really not too bad, as long as you can handle children and adults that have slight mental issues. What makes this job bad, is the management and staff. When I first got the job, a friend that worked there told me "Do not trust anyone who works at PTCN". I found this to be true. A few people are good, but many workers here will stab you in the back to save themselves or get out of trouble.
