Blake was really great, very personable and explained everything very well.! However, I was disappointed on my initial call with your business. I was confused by the way, she answered the phone and I asked if this was the professional services on highway 42 in Sheboygan and I was told yes. I believe her name was Jill in your call center. However, this is a totally different business.But it came up first because of your review status. My initial phone call was supposed to go to professional services and Sheboygan.
Justin, Lane and Jacob did a coil replacement on our 16 year old Water Furnace and Professional Services and team always handles our geothermal system to full satisfaction. Great company to work with! Always professional and always does a great job since we started working with them in 2020.
Update: Cleaning the ducts did the job. Wesley did an excellent job of explaining factors of why old and/or dirty ductwork reacts to new furnaces like this. Noise was addressed. Brand new furnace installed in October and now making a humming noise. Told to spend 1k on duct cleaning. Sure hope that works otherwise a way to get 1k before addressing real issue which will cost even more. Not good when spending 11,500 on new system.
Nick Weyker from Professional Services has come to our house a few times now. He has been nothing but professional and competent, as well as very personable. He puts the customer first. The work he has done has been great. I'll continue calling him for any other electrical needs.
