I did not find the previous review to be true. They installed a security system and 3 cameras for my wife and I and the service was GREAT! As with most companies, you have one or maybe two employees that tend to spoil a reputation. However, that does not mean the business itself has a problem. They were professional, courteous, HIGHLY knowledgeable, and called to check on us after the sale. We did need help about 6 months after the installation and they had Shannon come out to make the adjustments we asked for and he was gre... read more
We had a camera installed at our gate. IT is not working properly. It is under warranty but we are having NO LUCK getting them back out. I have emailed and have called them three times. Each time, I am told they will have a tech call and they never do. Very frustrating. it seems they get your money and then the service STOPS!
