I had an excellent experience with PRS. You can tell they have a solid process that is professional, knowledgeable and keeps me as the customer an equal partner. Patrick, Jake and the whole crew I worked with were top notch. They will be my only restoration company I will use. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

From the first phone interaction Jhoel was professional and kind. He came to my home on time and ready to discuss what needed to be done to restore my shower. Jhoel explained every step of the process and assured me it would be taken care of. Throughout the process Cameron who was also very professional and friendly came by on time for our scheduled time to inspect and make sure equipment was doing its job. Just want to give a shout out the the guys at professional restoration services! Brent and his team Jeff and Ryan done a fantastic job in getting our water situation dried up and everything cleaned up left to the best condition they possibly could ! I am so appreciative of their work and hopefully I don't have to deal with water damage again in the future but know who I will be calling if I need to !!!
