No one writes enough good reviews! And I hate to say this isn’t even my home… A few months ago my neighbors had a water leak and the PRS team was on site it seems like within hours of their leak! My neighbors have not said enough good things about Cathy and Joelle and their experience from their first phone call to the last punch item. I’d highly recommend PRS for any remediation and repair needs. They were on site within 20 minutes of our Sunday morning call and had a team starting cleanup efforts less than half an hour later. Jhoel is absolutely awesome, and his team Josh and Darwin were great — along with the rest of the guys that helped. Would give six stars for PRS if I could; incredibly professional, thorough, and informative. Flat out good service in a day and age when that seems hard to come by.

We had a third floor water leak that impacted our third, second and first floors. Jhoel and his team including Cameron, Cam, Juan, and Gil made a very uncomfortable situation as manageable as possible. They were professional and courteous, and explained things very clearly so we knew what to expect with each check in. We plan to have the restoration service completed with them as well so I will update once we cross that bridge.

During this difficult time, Drew and his team at PRS have been so helpful. Drew has gone above and beyond to make sure we have understood every step. Brent, Jeff, Kori, Cam D. and Esam were so polite, respectful and hard working. They all took time to thoroughly answer my many questions while they were doing very strenuous work. They responded quickly with phone calls, texts and emails. As a team they carry a level of professionalism and respect that you do not often see! I would highly recommend their services!

PRS has really done an amazing job. Jhoel, Brent,Jeff and the rest of the team are true professionals. Really happy with them and the progress of our unfortunate water damage.
