First, customer service from Professional restoration was superb. I haven't experienced customer service displayed in this manner in years honestly. Jhoel went above & beyond in making sure he inspected & directed me with getting my problem resolved. I experienced some water damage in my ceiling and was very concerned of mold growth and further damages to my apartment that I'm renting. Mr. Jhoel responded quickly and came out to inspect the damage and provide more information on steps that could be taken moving forward.
