I appreciate how Drew took the time to explain step by step how the services would be completed during the initial assessment. It made the process less stressful. The team at PRS, particularly Josh, Darwin, Cam D. and Wilmer, did very neat and excellent work while removing the areas in our home with water damage. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and services.

99% of these 5 star referrals was because the customers were offered a generous gift card for the rating . I worked my butt off here for less than a year, and I referred a neighbor to them when their house burnt down tragically. I called my Project manager right away and he said we probably wouldn't do it. The insurance broker called and all of a sudden they took the claim. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Professional Restoration Services. The flood on the second floor of our rental home happened overnight. On a Sunday morning we had water everywhere. Thankfully a quick google search brought up this company, I called their after hours team and Drew quickly called us back. During this difficult time, Drew and his team at PRS have been so helpful. Drew has gone above and beyond to make sure we have understood every step. They respond quickly with phone calls, texts and emails. As a team they carry a level of professionalism and respect that you do not often see! I would highly recommend their services!
