From my first contact with B, I was impressed with her energy, knowledge and enthusiasm. She demonstrated that she knows her market and her craft and I was comfortable with her from the start. Sometimes it's the deals that don't work out that are the most telling of an agent's professionalism and character. I was involved in an agreement that through no fault of B Edwards did not proceed.
