This company should be avoided at all costs. Absolutely awful to work with. Todd is unprofessional and rude. On the phone he said 'I don't know who you are' and in person, when told a damaged fence might fall on my child, his response was 'well you better fix it then.' Do not work with this company.
Worst experience with a management company ever. We rented a home for 2 years with nothing but problems. The owners of the home were planning to move in at the end of our lease. They decided it would be a good idea to do all the work they wanted done on the house while we were living there. New A/C installed. Nothing but problems.
