Jeff came out to fix my garbage disposal and you found out that it was not broken. Just fixed the problem and he only charged me a small minimum fee. I appreciate that he fixed the problem and didn’t try to rip me off and sell me a new garbage disposal a very honest person. Will use him again for more projects. Thank you, Jeff
I had a garbage disposal not working and made a post on NextDoor. Jeff contacted me and actually talked me through troubleshooting techniques regarding identifying what may be wrong. This wasn’t just one communication - we talked on the phone and then he messaged me a couple of times and eventually I was able to fix this. In NO way did Jeff have to do this. He could have just quoted me a fee to come look at it/repair it which I would have likely done. Rather he charged me nothing (could have been $300+) and helped me fix it ... read more
