This company treated us well when we first moved into our apartment, but as soon as we notified them we were moving, they were no longer professional. They allowed realtors to show the apartment without warning to me (the tenant), and withheld some of our security deposit for something we thought had been taken care of. I would avoid them if choosing a leasing company to work with.

This company has no regard for--or interest--in good customer service. It is rude at every opportunity, coming to your home without notice, and taking every penny they can claim. As a property owner elsehwere, I would not contract their services. In my opinion, their business model would not retain good tenants for more than a one-year lease--costing more to an owner over the long-term of their investment!

This business is very obviously just in it for the money. And boy do they rip you off. I am trying to move out of one of their properties right now and it is a horrible pain. They are trying to ding me on a dirty bathroom fan and a toilet paper roll holder that was broken when we moved in. And mentioned in the six month inspection. The inspector referred to it as normal wear and tear that I wouldn't get charged for. Don't ever used them as a renter or owner. You will never want to live with them for more than a year.
