I have not utilized their services, however, in an experience I had on the road today with one of their employees, I can say that they have true integrity and compassion for those around them.
Do not live here.
Highly encourage you to avoid dealing with this company. They are a third party operating on behalf of slumlords. I signed my lease not knowing the dishwasher was broken and they refuse to fix it. I have also only had about 3 minutes worth of hot water to take a shower for over two months. They were unable to fix it, but said they "met their obligation with the work order."
