PPM has been great so far! The application process was easy and quick. Most leases are 60+ pages long and you don't really know what you're signing. Mike talked us through our lease and we were in and out in a half hour. We had an issue with the hot water when we moved...one guy was here all day, the following day (after the work order was placed). Great management company.
This is by far the WORST Property management company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Rented a home gave the money they ask for upfront was promised there would be new a Stove , Refrigerator and new counter tops before July 1st none of the above has been taken care of tried calling,texting and been to the office,just think about have to wash any dishes in the bathroom tub having to eat out almost every night totally unprofessional never have I seen anything like this BEWARE
