To the landlord who own theses properties and get others to manage them if you can look after your own property maybe you shouldn’t have one
Brad lies in court and to tenant's. They do not do what they say they will. I highly doubt anyone they send to your house is licensed. Some of the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I wish my landlord would realize that and fire them. Apparently Brad also likes to go to tenant's houses and be rude to them.
Terrible, SCAMMERS! Since hiring this company, my properties have made no return when they did previously. Suddenly it costs 1600 dollars to change a 20 inch window, rent decreases for tenants and i have been charged over tens of thousands of dollars for nonsense repairs that were completely fine and never even touched. Brad and others are crooks. I have relinquished this company from all of my properties!!
very professional. honest, and trustworthy. I have two properties in Hamilton, and I haven't visited them in three years. I have full faith in them to keep things moving smoothly.
I am gunna give them 5 stars. I don’t know about these other reviews but I had a good experience with them, as a renter they were prompt when it came to any issues
