I've been with them for a while and so far, no problems. All I've had to do is submit a maintenance request and things were fixed. They don't bother me and are responsive to any requests. As long as I've known Patsy, she's always been the type to get things fixed as soon as she can.
They really need better phone staff. Rude unprofessional
Empty promises is their game. These highly Unprofessional Property Managers are the worst to deal with. Patsy will not only make empty promises, but will swear she never said any of it. Will call and ask why you did something when it was her employee that told you to do it. You can tell them about an issue with your space and they promise to fix it, but then weeks later when you bring it up again they act like you've never told them this before. And it never gets done.
