I rented the Sunshine apartments, if your needing a affordable place and don’t mind crabby people recommend it A few incidents I had were not cool period. One time they sprayed for roaches. I was in the middle of romantic time with my girl friend. They knocked for 2 seconds then opened and said hello pest control. I didn’t receive a 24 hour notice on my door. I reached out to patsy for some help and she got me to rayne right away and they have been amazing! I could not have asked for a better experience with this company! Thank you rayne for trying to help me so much with everything my family and I needed!

I've been with them for a while and so far, no problems. All I've had to do is submit a maintenance request and things were fixed. They don't bother me and are responsive to any requests. As long as I've known Patsy, she's always been the type to get things fixed as soon as she can.
They really need better phone staff. Rude unprofessional
