If you are looking for a company that will manage your property and leave you with little to worry about this is the one! We were getting ready to leave and was desperate because out house wasn't selling. This company and staff has gone above and beyond to help with the maintenance issues in our home. They took our call on the 4th of July and was able to get someone over that night in a emergency situation. The staff was polite on the phone and kept me up to date as to when the technician would be at our house.
Where do I begin? I purchased a house through a private sale that was previously being managed by this company. The gross mismanagement and overall lack of care by this company was appalling. This company would not release the keys to the realtor handling the sale until 1 day prior to us taking possession, upon his inspection the day before we moved in, he noticed many cosmetic deficiencies.
