Been a tenant for a decade in this cozy, quaint affordable PPM Apartment and have only positive things to say about my experience .Any issues have been addressed promptly by Keri at the office .My Landlord has always been empathetic and gracious. Ashley who handled inspections recently was affable and approachable. Would highly recommend !

This company does nothing to accommodate prior issues. Roof still leaks, there is an electrical issue and more but as long as they can get away with it they will take ppl money and fail to come in to do what they promise because all of the sudden the house has to be vacant to complete issues, just wanted property rented when these prior issues were known many tenants before us. But they are persistent that you have that property insurance?

Purchased a home and this is the company that managed the property for the owners that I bought from. 3 things that you need to know. 1. This company does not quality control check repairs completed by their contractors. 2. I would absolutely not trust this company to manage my rental and I will be going with a different (better rated) property management for my rentals here. 3.
