PPM is an incompetent and deceptive “property management”. They never answer their phones or manage or apply rental payments properly. The women who work there are always smoking out front next to the entrance door (GROSS) like the place is a run down dive bar. This company is terrible. I am a service member. Professional Property Management is unable to keep employees. I had the company oversee one of my properties for 10 months with a new property manager handling my home every 2 months. The accountant who pays you is never around because she has personal issues. The maintenance is absolutely horrible! When we first moved in we spent a month without a stove. Then the water heater broke causing out water bill and electric bill to be doubled. To top it off they took two weeks to fix the water heater and we had no hot water. Now the furnace is out and it’s below freezing and no one has called or came out and it’s day two!
AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! We started renting from walker but I guess this place bought them out. We made the fatal mistake of renting sight unseen and was lied to about the sq footage of the home and the quality of the home. The garage had severe smoke damage and the owners who lived there before us did not take care of the home. The baseboards were heavily damaged and dog pee in multiple places on the carpet.
