In my opinion, if you own a property locally but live out of the area; go elsewhere. I live 4 hours away from my property and in the two years I have been away, the service,huge turn over of staff ( a big red flag at any company) and the damage they allowed to happen to my property in two years is unacceptable. Word of advice: when a tenant moves out BE THERE when the tenants goes through the check out otherwise most if not all damage will be charged to YOU. In my opinion. I have had nothing but good experiences while renting with this company. The staff is always so friendly and professional.
If you are looking for a company that will manage your property and leave you with little to worry about this is the one! We were getting ready to leave and was desperate because out house wasn't selling. They came out and met with us, gave us great advise on listing the house in management and got a renter in the house within the week. Very professional, helpful!
