I'm not sure if my starring is correct for what I encountered. I called Jill and recieved a call back. In my message I left her, I stated I had a few questions. While on the phone with her and asking those questions she shewed me off the phone because someone walked in. I wanted to know about rent to income and slight bills from my son's cancer treatment. She said just fill out the application. And pretty much hung up on me.
I used to use Professional Property Management with Jill she was a wonderful lady always polite and calls you back immediately
Disappointing,she forgot about her long time good tenants and terimated their tendency without offering to help them get into another. Some in which have rented from her for the last 10years and the other household has rented from her for the past 6 years. So yeah, PPM is disheartening.One of those tenants is shown two reviews below ,giving her an excellent review.
Goes above and beyond to help find a place to rent, provided each individuals needs.
