DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The owner is on drugs he constantly lies about everything and nothing ever gets fixed! He has consistently attempted to add fees onto my rent, take me to court for late rent after he holds my rent checks for 3 weeks and most recently he increased my rent by $51 illegally! I ask to see my rental file and was denied! I asked to schedule an appointment to speak to Andy the owner about some issues he told me he doesn’t have time!
