I have rented a property under this management for almost 6 years. It's not good. When you need something, something that should be provided "legally", she'll forget about it, and forget about you. But, when she needs something, she won't stop calling. If you rent property from here, expect to take care of everything yourself. Oh! And as far as her two good reviews, they are fake, paid for. issues : Starting from the beginning, she charged an upfront cost of $400 to advertise. Lisa told us when signing the contract that she had a website, and a contractor on call. She did not advertise on her website, jerwebsite was 'under repair' when I asked to see it, she advertised on Craigslist using the pictures and description I provided.
