The only reason I gave them one star was because there was not an option for 0 stars. They are totally incompetent. I base my opinion on the fact that four similar houses on the same block varied by $150,000 in assessed value with the biggest and newest valued the lowest and the oldest being the highest. Toms River paid them to do the tow wide reassessment. They got ripped off.

They made a FAKE assessment of my property It’s a SCAM- they haven’t even set foot in my property Nor I ever made any kind of contact with them— this is ridiculous— public beware
They showed up 30 minutes earlier. Once in my house walked ahead of me and had the nerve to open closet doors without asking. Talk about being violated in ones own home. Then they invade my privacy once more to take measurements which they could not do because of precipitation. Overrated nosey and rude to say the least
Very professional and fair. It is good to see a company that values competency and accuracy.
