WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW! Having work done on your home can be stressful, and I can get very anxious around new people. However, Shane and his crew were a dream team. Shane and team at Professional Plumbing were outstanding in fixing my plugged sewer line! They communicated clearly and were very transparent about costs. They came out to scope and jet quickly to clear the line. Showed me the source of the problem was a root clog on camera and explained their process to address it. They located the clog point with distance estimate and dug out the section of clogged/broken pipe.
