Shane and team at Professional Plumbing were outstanding in fixing my plugged sewer line! They communicated clearly and were very transparent about costs. They came out to scope and jet quickly to clear the line. Showed me the source of the problem was a root clog on camera and explained their process to address it. They located the clog point with distance estimate and dug out the section of clogged/broken pipe. This was the most outstanding customer service! I called Professional Plumbing LLC after learning that there was some sort of back up in our pipes causing water to come out of the tub drain when flushing the toilet. Shane answered all of my questions regarding pricing and what type of work he would be doing to fix the issue with my plumbing.
