Shane and his entire team did an exceptional job on our difficult house repipe. They were knowledgeable and were able to work with several issues that came up after opening our walls. Shane and his team did an amazing job repiping our whole house. They were friendly, timely, and tidy. They were also able to finish the entire project in one day. This was the most outstanding customer service! I called Professional Plumbing LLC after learning that there was some sort of back up in our pipes causing water to come out of the tub drain when flushing the toilet. Shane answered all of my questions regarding pricing and what type of work he would be doing to fix the issue with my plumbing. He even went as far as to send me YouTube videos of how hydro jetting works to ensure my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered. This is hands down the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with - and I worked in construction management for a decade. Shane and his team, especially Terrance, are wonderful humans. I truly appreciate the way they communicated and interacted with us (even our dog!) while they were at our house over a couple of days to deal with a burst kitchen pipe.
