HORRIBLE!!!! called to have someone change my residential water filter and they told me $49 for the technician to come out and tell me what work needs to be done!!! Ummm, I just told you!!! and no, the $49 doesn't go towards the work! Really, in this economy?!?! Sorry. Not happy!!!
