I called Professional Plumbers and didn't get an answer so hung up to call again later. To my surprise Rick actually called me back. He came out that day and fixed my old 1941 plumbing ! They were so friendly and knew what they were doing. Rick, you made my day with your kindness. I'll never go anywhere else.
Most recently we had an emergent situation where our basement flooded, Rick was able to come the next day and replace the Sump Pump. We have called on Rick several times over the past few years and he is always nice, professional, timely, knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommend his plumbing services!
Rick responded to a plumbing repair the morning following the evening call and had the non emergency repair completed the next morning. He was honest, punctual and did great work. Highly recommended.
