Avoid if you value your sanity. Zero communication, literally not one email or call after ordering. I had to call them about a rush order a week late, and when they told me it was shipped and they could get me a tracking number it was a flat out lie. No material was ever shipped, which they finally admitted. If McMaster doesn’t have what you need (or cost is a concern), go to Boedeker.

I finally received my order (805023) after 4 MONTHS of unanswered emails, calls and voicemails that never went anywhere. I sent countless emails and over a dozen calls that would get transferred to various branches inquiring about my order. Each time I was assured that the order would be shipped out immediately. Not only did this never happen, I wasn't ever contacted with any kind of update or apology. Not once! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! The best part?
