The Physical Therapist is really nice and knowledgeable. Staff is extremely friendly. The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because they used this terry cloth type wrap to put around my neck and it smelled like a fart. It was gross. I really hope they wash this thing. If it smells like this next time, I will have no choice but to bring it up to them so they can correct it.
