Have always been loyal to them as a local business in my community. Went in to browse while doing wash, possibly even buy an overpriced candle or two. Ask for a ladies room, they say they dont have one??? I suppose they forgot the thousands of dollars they've made off my family over the years....sad
Just a heads up! I ordered a chair from a pamphlet and when it was delivered to my house it was extremely uncomfortable and not what I wanted. I had it for 2 hours and called and told them I didn't want keep it. So when the salesperson called me back he informed me that I had to pay a $100 "restocking fee". If he would have told me that when I was ordering it I wouldn't have ordered it. So, moral of the story: Don't order anything from Professional Pharmacy unless you are SURE you are going to keep it!
