Mike was extremely prompt, helpful, and courteous. We had a problem with some insects burrowing/drilling into the wood on our porch (it turned out to be carpenter bees). After moving into a rental home and finding out there were fleas, I called immediately to get help with the problem. Mike spoke with me for about 15 minutes on the phone and recommended that we clean and vacuum to see if we can eliminate the problem that way first before we would have them come out. Mike and his guys are friendly and very knowledgeable. Mike came out right away and found my issue with carpenter ants within minutes. I will definitely be using PPM again.
