Unsatisfied with the service provided. Took in my laptop for a battery and to see the reason it was acting slow. He called the next day to tell me the hard drive needed to be changed out. Come to find out he replaced it with a used one which a week later failed and I ended up loosing all my pictures and videos! Thousands of them, Years and years deleted! I don't know why he wouldn't just install a new one or give me options.
