Worst customer service and nurse/doc experience. I use to see Dr. Doniparthi years ago. She was so caring and really cared and took care of her patients. Since she has left this place has gone way down hill, I tried to go back to the place I knew well I have had nothing but problems and rude people calling me back. It’s such a shame! I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible!!!
I went to see Dr Yanchar with a tough pain situation from a car accident that was 2 to 3 years previous. He was entirely assuming and missed an opportunity to help me out. Just because there wasn't a neurosurgeon who could solidly see the cause of my pain, he labeled me as a drug seeker and told me to grow up. This was offensive...and wrong.
