Tried to take my daughter here for counseling. The first time that we came here they told us that she didn’t wanna come and that we needed to set up a second appointment for just her father and I then when we came just her father and I they asked where our daughter was and we had to leave and go pick up our daughter and bring her back up there. Wasn't advised that the intake for a 12 year old would be done via video call until the day prior. Was sat in a room with no instructions until the "therapist" called my phone and asked if I was at the office. Therapist was completely unable to read the room over video and did not seem to even want to try to understand the situation at all. She didn't want to take the time either because she had to get to her next call as she told me twice. I have not been to this facility in years now, yet suddenly I check credit karma and see that I am in collections with a $56 bill which caused some serious damage to my credit score. No calls, no mail. I was never contacted about the past due charge or where the charges even came from considering I am fully insured. Not only this, but all of the concerns I expressed to the psychiatrist when I did use their services were dismissed & chopped up to just being depression. They put me on Zoloft which only made my problems far wor... read more

Called 4 times in a couple months trying to get help and they don't accommodate working schedules. They told me to take a day off work, And I said then who will pay for my bills.
