Professional?????? Called this place due to receiving a statement about a bill. We try to pay the bill— but this place doesn’t take payments. We had to drive a check to the doctor’s house so it could be there before the due date since we received the bill so late. So we cannot get a receipt for our payment...... How weird is that?
