If you ever find yourself needing PNPS services you should feel 100% comfortable that you will have the dedication of the entire staff available to you. The management, schedulers, the Aids that will be coming to your family members house are all just fantastic caring individuals. They take the pressure off the family members in so many ways. Highly loved by our family. Pretty much they are extended family at this point.

I can’t say enough about PNPS in their care and compassion. Everyone they sent to help us take care of my elderly mother was beyond kind, considerate and compassionate. They went way above and beyond what we expected of them in her care, teaching us things to make her more comfortable.
If I could give less then one star I would! This place is HORRIBLE!!! They don’t screen there CNA’s at all, after numerous complaints about thefts from there aids I discovered that’s TWO of the CNA’s they sent to my family’s home were FELONS!!! This is not OK!! I had a friend make up a fake resume and apply for a CNA position, mind you she holds no healthcare licenses at all. After a five minute phone interview she was given an assignment and a patient’s home address and care reports🤦♀️How is this place still on business!!... read more
If I could give less than one star I would. I find it awfully sad that people who are hired to "care" for elderly people show no intention of caring or compassion for sick elderly people. These people just want to sit down and line their pockets not caring for whoever's life they are hired to care for. They constantly left both my grandparents unattended and caused my grandfather who is on a wheelchair to fall and break his hip because they were too busy talking and playing on their phones.
