I've been hesitating to write this because I really wanted to share a good review, but I am not super happy with the move. The booking process was super easy and working with the office was great. However on the day of the move it went semi downhill. First, they were running pretty late and I received no notification of this, so had to call. Excellent customer service pick up ramp loaded me fast .
This moving company discriminates. They made up various excuses NOT to move my items. I had 3 92 inch TV's they said I would have to take pictures of the tvs first in the storage units and THEN they would not move them since one TV was not in a crate. This was an an excuse. Then they waffled on pricing as well. I WILL NEVER SEEK THEM FOR FURNITURE MOVING AGAIN!!!
Absolute Wizards! Amazing, skillfull, professional, and handled some tricky furniture up narrow twisting stairs, and didn't even touch the wall!
