In the midst of COVID and low interest rates, everyone has been scrambling to get their homes refinanced; including me. Chae recently helped me with a VA Cash Out refi that closed just yesterday. This is my 6th VA refi that I've done since I bought my home. We closed on time, were able to skip 2 months of our mortgage payment AND got a good chunk of money back at closing, all while lowering our monthly payment due to falling interest rates.
