Absolutely horrendous front desk customer service. Looking for help and they want to do nothing but shove you away.
I was supposed to have an over the phone appointment with Dr. Zhao on October 16th at 8:50. I waited for phone call for 20 minutes and no one called. I had to step away from the phone for couple of minutes and, when I came back, I found 2 missed calls: from doctor and from my emergency contact. Calling back gave zero result, as call goes right into voice mail.
