The front desk staff is very nice and Dr. Williams is amazing. The wait times are usually not bad at all. The problem is that when the nurses call you back, they generally do it from behind a wall, so it's very hard to hear and/or understand them, and when you go back, the nurse has often disappeared, so you stand there confused until someone takes pity on you and tells you where to go. I called to make an appointment for something and was told they don’t make appointments. I have to call every morning and try and get a same day. They don’t pick up when it’s open. It takes half an hour to an hour to get the lines to work and then they have nothing available that day.
Wait time is minimal The staff is phenominal, And we LOVE DR Valerie Sherrer! Such a wonderful Caring and efficient doctor!
Although the one time I saw Dr. McQueen was ok, his staff is rude from what I can remember. The one time I actually could have used a doctor, after a visit to ER next door, I couldn’t be seen. Now, from 1 year and 11 months ago, I am getting a bill for a no show appointment for $25. I have nothing listed for that in my calendar from that time frame and found a new doctor after the ER thing, so they need to have proof before they send to credit bureau? HOW STUPID IS THIS!!
