This Associaton is horrible. I have been living in my home for three years. In this time my husband's car has been towed from our own pkg space twice. the tow truck company was called by the security guards who are paid to protect our homes and community. No notice or warning was given before towing our vehicle. Our home is 3 bedrooms and we are given one space which is fine but it is not fine that your car gets towed if it is left in the same space over 48 hours. What if you are vacation? WORST STAFF EVER!!!! They seriously need to change their name to "Unprofessional & Unexperienced Management & Association Services" Their staff is trash, super rude, uncaring and un-compassionate for anyone's needs in the community. As a first time homebuyer in this community i am extremely disappointed that this is the staff that is in charge of our communities needs. Que porqueria! We finally found a company that really cares about our Community, by turning our liabilities to assets in just 3 months with out any extraordinary measurement, JUST by doing their job and a little bit of care... Good job!!!
Very PROFESSIONAL Company, the been very helpfull to by association, they lower our maintenace fees closely to 25% to fixed our roof before raining season. We have change 4 times management companies in the past 3 years due to lack of services, But PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT & ASSOCIATION SERVICES have been a blessing to our community. *************KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK********************************
