I want to share my experience. It was very disappointing. They do not listen to customers at all — they just hear one thing and do whatever they want without proper communication. I got my service done by someone who seemed like the owner. If this is the level of service from the owner, I can’t imagine how the rest of the staff would be. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this place.

Im from Maple Ridge and for 16 years im getting my hair cut, colored and chemically straighten with Professional Look Salon (with Sarabjit) etc. I trust them with my hair and better job they do every time. She is very knowledgeable and understanding what need to be done. Very reasonable pricing. Also I get my evening TEA and SNACK which im waiting everything I come.
