I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this location while attempting to complete fingerprinting for a government job. I drove from Opelika and spent over 15 minutes trying to locate the business, as the building signage only displays abbreviations and does not clearly identify the company. I called the office for directions, and the receptionist who answered the phone refused to provide any assistance, repeatedly telling me to "use my GPS," which I was already doing. The initial communication was good, and they may be suitable for straightforward cases that only require routine visits to a residence. However, in my experience, they were not as thorough when the subject was actively evading service, and communication became inconsistent.
