Welcoming community and friendly office staff! Justin has been very helpful, informative, and quick to help with any questions and concerns. The community feels safe and quiet, and the location is super convenient to shops and restaurants. Overall, I've had a great experience living at Solara so far!
If I could give “0” stars I would. This apartment complex has gone so far down hill from when we originally moved in. We lived here for 6 years and never once was late on rent. Even during covid when I was the only one working I still paid the rent on time. Next we had our own washer and dryer when we moved in and our dryer actually got fried due to the lack of cleaning the vents. The risk we took using our own. I moved to Florida in 2024, and I was blown away by how smoothly Solara in Wellington handled the leasing process. They were super inclusive, even though I was in New Jersey and had never been to Florida before. The community is super quiet and well-maintained, and the common and social areas are really comfortable. Update: So we have moved out since. Life is good again. Do yourself a favor. Stay away. They keep asking for money even after you move out lol. They want money for water and valet trash… when you don’t live there anymore. And they can hurt your credit if you don’t comply. Just do yourself a favor, live somewhere else. Solara at Wellington is a great place for families and pets. I have been living in the community for four years, and I consider it to be a quiet and safe place to raise children. The place also has a professional staff attentive to your needs at all times. Additionally, schools and supermarkets are close.
