I moved to Florida in 2024, and I was blown away by how smoothly Solara in Wellington handled the leasing process. They were super inclusive, even though I was in New Jersey and had never been to Florida before. The community is super quiet and well-maintained, and the common and social areas are really comfortable. Update: So we have moved out since. Life is good again. Do yourself a favor. Stay away. They keep asking for money even after you move out lol. They want money for water and valet trash… when you don’t live there anymore. And they can hurt your credit if you don’t comply. Just do yourself a favor, live somewhere else. Solara at Wellington is a great place for families and pets. I have been living in the community for four years, and I consider it to be a quiet and safe place to raise children. The place also has a professional staff attentive to your needs at all times. Additionally, schools and supermarkets are close.
If you like looking at a dumpster site every time you leave the community this is the place to live. No matter how many times you bring this topic up to management zero is done about it.
Always very professional and super kind! They’re extremely quick to respond and fix all my problems whenever I submit a request! Highly recommend this apartment complex!!
